  1. Hello Sir,

I am a little bit stuck with both of the questions in reaching the final solution because I cant find the anti-derivative.

In both functions I am always left with an extra v in the anti-derivative that is not meant to be there and so I am unsure as to how I am meant to go about this integration process.

I have tried many methods like by parts and by splitting the fraction (number 25) in to two smaller equivalent fractions (not partial fractions) and I still cant find a way to get past this obstacle.

Any pointers would be helpful if possible (I can complete the questions in my frees period 1 and 4 with the tips)
