  1. Hi Dr. McDonald, I am a fellow IB math teacher (A&A HL and A&A SL) and would like to connect with you about how you use FET timetabling for your DP schedules. I have downloaded the software and opened some of your examples but an struggling with the learning curve on how it works. If you have time, I would love to talk with you to try and understand it better. Sorry that I am contacting you here but I could not find a direct email address on your website. Thanks in advance, Ed Downes (Alcuin School, Dallas TX)

  2. Hi Darren,
A few years ago you helped us (myself and another teacher at our school, Alcuin school in Dallas Texas) understand how the FET software can be used to improve our scheduling. It has worked wonders and we are now at the point of trying to help our middle school schedule too, given that we have some crossover teachers who teach both high school and middle school.

We have been able to “troubleshoot” or creatively work around a lot of challenges these past few years but I am stumped by a new problem. Is there a good email address I can reach you on? It looks like you have moved on from the previous school and email address we contacted on before.

Thanks again for your time as I know you are a busy man!
    Ed
